College students recognize how good it feels to look at a nap. After pulling an all-nighter to cram on an algebra test, and equations time and again, it might feel very good to take a nap, hit the sack, and dream sweet dreams. Napping can even be beneficial.
One way a nap will assist you to is that it gives you more energy. You will be able to complete your goals throughout the day, for instance going running, publishing articles, or completing projects.
